Make a Local Impact

Because we are a church on mission, we love supporting ministries in Hendricks County that share our desire to help people become fully alive in Jesus.

Ministries of Plainfield Christian Church

We want everyone in our community to be fully alive. Below are ministries that our church leads to help make that happen.

Prison ministry has been an important part of Plainfield Christian's outreach for many years. Volunteers help lead worship, teach classes to help inmates develop life skills, and lead Bible studies at three local prisons.

Are you interested in serving in our Prison Ministry? For more information contact Dave Verhonik at 463-282-1680.

This event, which feeds around two thousand people each Thanksgiving, is sponsored by Plainfield Christian Church and led by a dedicated team of volunteers from the church. Each year, hundreds of volunteers are needed to make this event happen. Volunteer registration begins in October.

Each Sunday, a group of African immigrants, mainly from Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, gather in the Worship Center to worship in their own language. This service takes place at 2:00pm and all are welcome!

Local Partnerships

Check out the local organizations that PCC partners with to reach and serve our community. There are meaningful opportunities to serve with each of these organizations. We refer people in need to these organizations without any hesitation.
