Visit Plainfield Christian Church
We’re glad you’re considering a visit to Plainfield Christian Church! It can be uncomfortable walking into a new place, so we want to help you plan for what to expect on Sundays.
Sunday Worship: 7:45 | 9:15 | 10:45am
All three services are identical. You’ll hear preaching from God’s Word, receive communion, and have the opportunity to worship through singing, prayer, and giving.
The Treehouse Children's Center has a secure nursery and classrooms for your child, where they engage in age-appropriate games and lessons from the Bible.
Room 101 in the Treehouse Children’s Center has a private room for nursing mothers from 7:45 am-12:00 pm.
Your 1st-5th grade child will experience worship through singing, interactive activities, and small-group Bible lessons. These small groups are assigned by grade and gender.
Your 6th, 7th, or 8th grader will experience worship and group lessons on Sunday mornings, assigned according to their grade and gender. Youth sponsors lead these groups centered on Biblical teaching and life application.
Your 9-12 grader will experience a time of worship, teaching and small group gathering centered on Biblical teaching. These discipleship groups are designed to give your child peer relationships with other students and mentor relationships with leaders who will help them discern how to live for Jesus in this important phase of life.
There are several parking areas around the building. The main lot is on the southeast corner of the church building. You can enter through the main entrance (with the white pillars) or on the west side of the building where the awning is. For the Children's Center (birth through elementary school), enter Door 5 on the north side of the building.
Feel free to grab a cup of coffee in the Community Hub, grab a bulletin that provides notes and announcements and make your way to the sanctuary for worship.
If you have children, you can follow signs to the children's area on the north end of the building and check them in for age-appropriate programming.
If you have any questions at all, we have a hospitality team stationed throughout the building that is there for you, and we would love to connect!
No need to worry about what to wear. You’ll quickly discover that we are a group of ordinary people who serve an extraordinary God. Come as you are.
